The Absolut Ice Bar is fun, it's entirely made of Ice and it's a "cool" experience. Since they allow only a certain number of people at a time in order to maintain the right temperature, you might want to make a reservation in advance.

If the weather is nice you should go on top of the duomo.  It provides some really nice views.  You can also see the "Last Supper" if you're interested in that.  They have a pretty good tourist information center in piazza duomo, and you can find more info there.

Via Montenapoleone is pretty much fun if you don't mind just looking without spending any money or if you have enough to indulge yourself :)
