Are the calls free with-out any charge if i called the US

Go to http://www.MyDRFest.com and check the Telecommunications section. The skype link is there. Sign up for a FREE account and you can call other computers from a computer in the D.R. I have it on my laptop and it works GREAT. several internet cafes have it on their computers too. To call landlines or cell phones in the U.S. from the D.R. I think it is only a couple cents a minute. Toll free numbers are free (I had to call American Airlines to change my ticket and the call was free, very handy). MyDRFest also has some other good links to hotels, Spanish translators and other good stuff. ENJOY YOURSELF!!
