  2. ive made this change dont worry think everyone is still ur age its positions specific u dont need to bulk up so much if ur say a scrum  half or winger ... but if ur a forward u will need it join a gym and get one ov the assistants to write u out a gym plan and surely u know right foods we all do its just can u be arsed puttin it into practice mate.... go shoppin wiv mum/dad and get them to get what U NEED!

  3. eat a lot of protein like chicken, egg whites, Turkey

    protein helps to build lean muscle

    and then start working out
