I will be returning a car to Avis facility in Cork, Ireland early in the AM. Avis won't be open? What do I do?

I am returning a vehicle to the Cork facility after picking it up in Dublin a few days before. Since my flight is very early in the morning, I will be returning the vehicle before Avis opens. Does anyone know what I do to return the car before they open? Is there some sort of drop box? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 99% positive Avis have a drop-off box for your keys - Hertz in Cork airport certainly have one. Follow the signposts for the hire car dropoff point and I suggest (if possible) take pictures of the car in the parking spot to show that you left it in good order, in the unlikely event that someone damages it.

Normally they're quite relaxed about it!

not sure if they have drop in boxes they may ask you to leave the car back the night before..best thing is to ring and check with them

Avis does, indeed, have a drop box at their airport car park in Cork; I used it & found it to be rather straight-forward.

You may want to confirm with Avis in Dublin when you the car up, to ensure you adhere to their current procedures.
