I will be staying in Kauai, Hawaii?

My husband and i Will be staying in kauai,will we be able to travel to Maui ,Lahaina on a super ferry. if so how much will it cost and how many hours? thank you

Right now, the only feasible way to travel from Kauai to Maui is by plane. Kauai's airport code is LIH and there are two airports on Maui: OGG (Kahului, which is the main airport) and JHM (Kapalua). It tends to be more expensive to fly into and out of Kapalua. Flights on Hawaiian run anywhere between $39-126 one way.

At this time, the Superferry runs only between Oahu & Maui.  The residents of Kauai have been extremely outspoken in their opposition to the Superferry.  It is unlikely that they will be going to Kauai any time soon.
