I will be travelling a lot next year. Can I buy a round the world ticket?

I'm travelling from the UK to :

Moscow (1 month)

Barcelona (3 months)

Volgograd (4 months)

Santiago de Chile (3 months)

---all from London.

Can it work? Thanks!

  3. Yes, you can. It is called a multiple destination ticket. This will cost you about $15000. But, if you go there and come back to London, then fly somewhere else, you will have to purchase each flight individually. Goo luck!Have a safe flights!

I'm not sure which type of ticket you are talking about.  But in general, "round the world" tickets allow multiple stops using one ticket.  They cost a fortune in either cash or frequent flier miles.  They do though require traveling in one direction (east or west) without any trips in the opposite direction.

    Lets say you wanted to go from London to Barcelona, then to Moscow, then to Volgograd, then to Santiago, Chile  and then back to London it would work.  But once you want to return to London in the middle, the ticket type no longer applies.

    Sorry; but it looks like you are just going to be spending a fair amount of money on airfare.
