I will be travelling to torino for new year celebrations, and would like to know about any good places to go.?

i would like to know about any good restaurants were one can party after the dinner or any outside events.

I'm italian,,, and yes, i live in turin,, wel,, turin is a great city... very nice with a lot of good restaurant.. and if you can, i advice you to visit the hill of turin... expecially the "basilica di superga" and "colle della maddalena"... will be a bit cold, but in the night you can see all turin by night.. and it's really beautiful... well, then i think that after dinner, if you dont want to go in some clubs (will be full of people and i think that for party the new year eve you should book for it) you can go to have a trip in the centre of the city.. i mean piazza castello, piazza san carlo, piazza vittorio, via po, via garibaldi, via roma.. will be really nice and there will be a lot of street partying...

I was in torino for the olympics. Spent about two weeks there. It was an amazing time. What i miss the most is Silvano's Gelataria its on Via Nizza. Right down the road from the Lingotto which is a big shopping mall. There is a restaurant called the Colesseum on the road, i cant remember the roads name but it runs perpendicular to Via Nizza. Each road is one way. The shops stores and restaurants around piazza san carlo are awesome. Im jealous that your going. it was a good time.
