I will come to Newark airport on B terminl and I will have to go to C terminal for next flight. how to go?

There is a free train that goes between the terminals.  The train ride takes less than 5 minutes.

But, you will need to exit the secured area in B to get to the train.  This means you will have to stand in the security line again when you get to C.
