Casa Medina is a great one near the center.  About $200 a night, near Carrera 67 and 7th.  Lots of great restaurants in the streets behind it

I love Andes Plaza. Near the city centre and not too expensive (but not too 'cheap' either) I think the last time I went I payed around COP 135.000 (US 67 a night.)
