  3. Nope, sorry, its just something that nature decides for you.

  4. You can't control that, sorry. Wear heels if you're a girl or tailored pants for either gender. Certain haircuts can weigh your look down as well. Maybe even do weight training to bulk up. Stand up straight and keep your shoulders back- a confident look will do wonders! Keep up your calcium intake of course, though, strong bones are important.

  5. Drink a lot of milk. You don't grow until your growth spurt. So you might be like really short right now, but during your growth spurt you will grow really fast, maybe a few inches. Exercise & drink lots of water & stay healthy.

  8. there are no foods that can make you grow taller, sorry. i dont know how old you are but if you are a child-teenager you will start to grow eventually! just be patient

  9. Theres probably no realistic way to grow taller.

    But there are things you can do/not do to make sure your growth isn't stunted eg.

    getting sufficient sleep

    eating right

    not indulging in caffeine

    limiting alcohol and drugs

  10. It depends on how old you are right now. I would guess you're in your mid or late teens, in which case a growth spurt is still very likely. What you can do to not impede your growth is by eating right, getting enough sleep, and don't lift heavy weights vertically. Playing basketball helps, though, but I'm sure that's not scientifically proven.

  11. It depends on a lot of things, your diet, your parents, your age, your sleeping habits.

    Diet: Drink TONS OF MILK! I mean it,milk is great!! Milk is very high in calcium, if you are scared of gaining weight, i suggest low fat milk, they don't taste as nice, but they keep the fats away from you.

    Eat protein rich food, like fish, beans, meat, you'll need them for muscle and tissue growth.

    Your Parents : Simple, if they are tall, you SHOULD be tall.

    Age : If you are during the puberty stage, you can grow quite a lot, you might be a late bloomer, and be patient.

    Sleep: You grow, when you sleep, don't believe? Measure your height just after you wake up, and before you sleep, there is a significant difference.

    Stress: Be positive, it will seriously help.

    Stretching: Dunno why it helps, but it does. Do like 10 mins of stretching a day, while watch tv or something.
