Get one that's insulated and has an aereator.

But you can build one out of a cooler and aerator... Bait fish have a tendancy to dirty up the bait bucket water, so make sure you refesh the water a few times a day with lake water, or ocean water if your in salt.

Personally, I just use a 5 gallon bucket w/baitbucket lid and aerator and catch my bait daily... Like this

The aerator cost me about $20, the bucket was free, and the lid was $5. You can get empty 5's at homedepot for like $5.

Total for me was $25 + batteries,...So about $30 after the free batteries ran out.
