I will like to know how long can a tenant stay after the 3 day notice to pay or quit / CITY OF L.A. CAL.?

The 3 day notice gives the tenant 3 days in which to either pay the past due rent or move out.

If the tenant does neither, they can stay until a judges issues an eviction order against them and the sheriff comes to set them out.
