  1. If this is for tubing for hot water, use PEX (cross-linked polyethylene).  It's good up to 200 F (93 C) or possibly higher.

    p.s. If this is **not** being used for hot water, it would be a good idea if you explained your application.  You'll get better answers that way.


  2. PVC material has less heat resistance. It will withstand boiling water with large area of evaporation but for a shorter period. Among plastic material 'TEFLON" provides best resistance to heat.

  3. Well, CPVC has a higher temperature rating than ordinary PVC, but 100°C might be a bit high even for it, you might have to derate the allowable pressure.
