If this is for tubing for hot water, use PEX (cross-linked polyethylene).  It's good up to 200 F (93 C) or possibly higher.

PVC material has less heat resistance. It will withstand boiling water with large area of evaporation but for a shorter period. Among plastic material 'TEFLON" provides best resistance to heat.

Well, CPVC has a higher temperature rating than ordinary PVC, but 100°C might be a bit high even for it, you might have to derate the allowable pressure.
