Former Test cricketer and bowling coach of the Pakistan cricket team, Aaqib Javed, has said that he will miss the time he spent with the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 team, but feels that life has to go on and this is the reason why he accepted the offer of coaching the United
Arab Emirates (UAE).
Aaqib had been associated with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for the last decade in different capacities. He played an active role in the National Cricket Academy (NCA) and helped groom a number of young cricketers.
Since the last few years, Aaqib was working with the Pakistan team as their assistant and bowling coach, and his efforts have been lauded by all within the cricketing setup.
Last month, the former fast bowler received a lucrative contract by UAE cricket officials, which he duly accepted, as it would have given him an opportunity to be a full time coach. Some former cricketers believe that his absence does not augur well for
Pakistan cricket, as he had a very good rapport with the players at the senior as well as at the junior level.
While speaking to pakpassion, Aaqib said that he worked with a number of young fast bowlers in the country and hopes that the youngsters will perform well for Pakistan in the future.

Speaking on the coaching aspect, Aaqib believes that it is absolutely crucial for a coach to have friendly relations with the players, so they can develop mutual trust, which forms the bedrock of good learning.
“As coach, I think your relationship is very important, your thinking is very important. And you need to build confidence which I think is the most important thing. Once you are working with the guys sometimes you need to change their actions and change
their angles, so trust is very important,” stated the former fast bowler.
