I like music, art, a good time with friends, and the way my dog looks like a little grizzly bear

I love my oldest son's uniqueness and jokes, the innocence in the face of my son with Down Syndrome, the love of animals and artistic expression in my son with autism, the sweetness, beauty, and joy of my baby girl, and of course my husband whom I've been with since I was 17!

I think...that people need to remember what being humble is and to realize that we aren't any more special to this Earth than the other creatures who live upon it
