I have yet to plead guilty. I will plead and be sentenced on the same day. I am trying to get my dream job in the mean time-since I don't yet have a record. I am in need of resources that can help me with a job if and when I do I have a felony/ It will be reduced to a misdemeanor/gross misd. after probation. Probably 3 - 5 years. Thanks in advance for any help.

  1. IT WILL NOT BE REDUCED TO A MISDEMEANOR!!!! Don't listen and don't take a plea. I'm currently in the process of trying to clean up my record. If you plead guilty you can't get something expunged later, you need to plead no contest or get supervision. I also think feolonies may not be able to be expunged at all. Try to cop a plea and get it down to a misdemeanor or even multiple misdemeanors. Don't plead guilty or its on your record to stay. Also, no stranger off yahoo answers is going to hire you, especially when all they know about you is you have a felony and want a dream job whch you failed to mention what it was.
