The return journey is more than three months AFTER the outbound flight, and by EU laws I can stay in the EU only for 90 days. As I plan to visit northern Africa during my trip, I will exit the EU and actually stay LESS than 90 days in the EU. Will I have a problem then? DO authorities there ask for your return trip details when you land? What should I do? I don't have any time left for a visa! thanks!

  1. No, you won't have a problem, since your exit of EU will be documented in your passport when going to North Africa, and your total time of stay within EU will be below 90 days.

  2. From when I travel to Germany and Poland, the material I read said it was 90 days within the country. So if you are there 30 days, leave for 30, and come back for 30, you're only marked as being there for 60 days. But I'd check the embassy for those countries (their websites) to see more accurately your answer.

  3. first of all, which countries in North Africa do you plan on visiting?some, will ask you for a visa, and you must have (a visa, such as for Algeria,)

no, it is not okay, you must have made reservation for your return, therefore, you cannot take a flight just anywhere upon your wish,

you will not have reservation, to leave from any country........you do not have a seat for your return trip.................

you return ticket does not mention any other country? other the EU,

if you do not have time for visa? you just do not go.... it is the law,

and? how did you plan on going to North Africa?and coming back if your flight schedule is not observed?

you did say that your trip is longer than 90 days,
