I will visit Venice for new year's eve, do u know a place that i should go or visit ?

is it worth to spend the day there? will it has any attraction ? or should i spend it at Rome or Milan ? Thanks !!

  1. Well, that's really not the best period of the year to see Venice.

    A bit too cold, and probably rainy.

    Anyway, Piazza San Marco e Palazzo Ducale Rialto Bridge are a must.

    Get the Ferryboat and have a ride on Canal Grande for a good sightseen of the whole town.

    There are thousands palces to see in Venice, but in one day you cant really do much (you need 3 hour only to visit Palazzo Ducale)

  2. Out of the three choices you gave, Venice probably would  be your best bet. Granted it will be cold, but you are going in the off season so it wont be as crowded. Definately take a tour of the Grand Canal, spend time in st. Marks square and take the elevator to the top of the bell tower for great views of the city.

  3. There will be a big party in Saint Mark's square. Be there!
