I winged-it and made my 1st smoothie today - how healthy did it turn out? I've included details?

I've never made a smoothie before, and tried it out 10 minutes ago. It tastes GREAT, but I'm wondering about how healthy it is. To me, it seems really healthy, but maybe I'm doing something wrong that I don't know about! Thanks!

12g protein

3g fibre

21g sugar

162 calories

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 servings of Silhouette Vanilla Yogourt (200g total)

1/3 cup 1% milk

1 One-A-Day Vitamin

Ice Cubes

To add extra sweetness, I added Strawberry Kiwi Crystal Light to taste (needed very little).

  1. add some flaxseed oil, some banana for sweetness,  i drink one thats chocolate soy milk, flaxseed oil banana for potassium, egg for protein ice and a little bit of 1% skim milk. its really good!
