Breakfast: 3 fried egg sandwiches, 2 cups coffee, 5-egg omlette, bowl of grits, 3 pieces of french toast, 3 chocolate chip pancakes

Lunch: 1 pound pasta, 2 ham and cheese sandwiches, energy drink (1,000 calorie)

Dinner: 1 pound pasta, 1 large pizza, energy drink (1,000 calorie)

  1. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... foooooooooood....................... (sigh) I need to buy a new belt as it is and I sure as h**l wouldn't do enough exercise to work that off. I'm with you! Oh well, once I'm about 19 I'm moving out of my parents place and if I have the finances, I plan to take up Tae Kwon Do and either join or gym or find a good pool for some regular swimming, then I'll be able to eat well without such an expanding waistline :P

  4. do you really eat all that food wow you need more than a diet

    I have tried all the diets but the fiber diet is the real appetite killer, be careful how much you eat because it really kills your appetite. You have to eat fiber and i mix wheat bran with plain yogurt or reg yogurt in oatmeal however you must eat at least 37 grams fiber. It takes a while to incorporate the fiber in your diet so be patient. study it first.

    I am 73 years old and i know every time you eat sugar it insures that you will want more sugar because it activated to much insulin. all the sugar you pancreas can use is 1/4 of a  candy bar at one time. 1/2 glass of juice. Learn food combining, Drink a lot of water. your weight divided by 32 will tell you how much water to drink, good luck.  There is a freedom therapy called Gary Craig EFT he has a web site check it out to do with your meridians and where you emotions are stored that is also why we eat. Lots of garbeg form our childhood. There is no one answer hope it helps.

    I gain weight just by *looking* at a fried egg sandwich!

  12. Ya its disgusting isn't it..I feel guilty for everything I eat so I know that even if I exercised that much I couldnt eat that much..I would imagine he would have a stomach ache idk...Some people are just able to do that and he exercises it all of so I guess it's okay

  15. If I'd get up off my duff more often than I do, maybe I could eat like that. I don't know though, I'd burst if I ate that much for breakfast.
