being fat bothers me sometimes, but then doesn't bother me. Being fat runs in my family, and I want to be not fat/skinny/regular size. How can i get to do that?? I eat healthy, I am always walking, i swim, bike ride, walk, play basketball at home, and more. What Can I do to become not fat/skinny/regular size??
p.s. i also want to change because my mom says i'm fat(she is too), and I want to prove her wrong on soo many things.
