I wish i was dead plz help plz?

im obsessed i smell of poo i smell things that no one else can smell i get agitated im agressive towards my parents ive smashed the house up before ive pulled a knife out on my mum before i get suicidel thoughts i get agressive thoughts i talk to my computer and say stuff like you like pissin me off dont you when the computer is running slow i think people are talking and laughing about me wich makes me agressive i talk to myself alot and i do weird things like wash myself four times and check things four times or i think something bad will happen i lose touch with reality then drift back in to reality i dont have a brain tumor been checked i see a psycyatrist but he has not come up with a diagnosis i rejected olanazapine treatment my parents have thretand to section me i dont see or hear things im getting really depressed i feel like comitting suicide plz hep

  1. DO NOT THINK ABOUT KILLING YOUSELF!! I KNOW SOMEONE WHO DID AND BELIEVE ME SINCE THEY DID MY LIFE HASN'T BEEN THE SAME SINCE!! THINK ABOUT THE PERSON THAT HAS TO FIND YOU, THEY WILL HAVE SLEEP LESS NIGHTS THINKING ABOUT IT. IT WILL CAUSE MORE EMOTIONAL SCARING. WHATS THAT BAD YOU NEED TO KILL YOURSELF OVER? WHATS THE POINT IN PUTTING A PERMANENT SOLUTION TO A TEMPORARY PROBLEM? I SUGGEST YOU GO TO YOUR LOCAL HOSPITAL AND EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT YOU'RE SUICIDAL. BELIEVE ME, IVE THOUGHT ABOUT SUICIDE BEFORE AND THEN NOT DONE ANYTHING..ITS NOT WORTH IT. IF WHATEVER IT IS THATS THAT BAD THAT YOU'RE GONNA KILL YOURSELF OVER PLEASE, GET SOME HELP ON IT..


  2. i've heard these things from so many people as a mental health advocate. you need to see someone about therapy and meds, whether it be a PhD psychologist and PhD psychiatrist, or nurse practitioner and social worker. you need to seek treatment!!!

    maybe a partial hospitalization would help. that is when you're in the hospital for a part of the day, and they teach you skills, and they also evaluate you and give you the proper treatment. usually these stints are short, and very effective.

    i've had full hospitalization 5 times, and if you ever feel like you really are going to harm yourself or someone else, you MUST reach out to mobile crisis or the nearest emergency room for the mental health care you need.  

  3. Hey, I'm No Expert, But If I were You i Would Just Sit Down, Write All Your Worries Down On A Piece Of Paper, And Think Long And Hard About Each Thing, Then When Your Done, Burn The paper, And It Really Feels Soooo Much Better. Then go To Sleep And getv Loads Of It ! Hope I Helped

  4. Hi, boy you have certainly hit a rough patch.

    The reason for this site is to provide common sense approaches to common problems before taking them to a professional.

    I am not an expert in Psych. But you already have an expert working for you. A shrink.

    I think you need help and need it fast. The fastest way to treat your symptoms is in the safe, controlled setting of an becoming an inpatient.

    Feeling so desperate that you are ready to die to stop the pain, is serious. You need some relief soon.

    Your complaint of "smelling poo" when no one else does could be a olafactory hallucination. I am not say that it is, but if you are percieving things that others are not it may get worse before it gets better.

    Alternative medicine and conventional western medicine differ in their approach. Alternative medicine may consider that you have food additive sensitivities that could be causing your symptoms. Conventional Western medicine would most likely treat you for a thought disorder with anti-psychotic medication.

    The most important thing right now is "staying alive." If your problems are so overwhelming that you are considering "offing yourself" ask your self if you might be in over your head.

    Your Psychiatrist is responsible for safely treating you. You need to tell him or her that you feel so discouraged and overwhelmed that you are considering suicide.

    You cannot deal with your problems by yourself right now.

    No matter what the treatment eventually is, you cannot recieve it if you are dead.

    Please call him/her and notify him that you are considering ending your life.

    You are a valuable person who deserves to take up space on this planet like anybody else.

    Get the help you need and deserve.

    Your mood needs to be stabilized as soon as possible. That comes with being an inpatient so they can start treatment in a safe,controlled environment where you can be observed, safely for adverse reactions to medications that may be started and given support in dealing with that and the other problems you are having.

    Your problems are complicated and not easily resolved without intensive treatment.

    Don't allow your difficulties to make you a tragic statistic.

    The help you need is available.


  5. You may be a little obsessive/compulsive, but that can be fun sometimes. If you're between 12 and 25 don't worry. People's brains continue to grow well into their 20's and there's not one person on the planet that's just like someone else. Rejoice in being different.

    Of course cutting back on chocolate, caffiene, and sugars and drinking more water will help cleanse your system.

  7. Please go to the hospital and check yourself in right now. I went into the hospital for severe depression and panic attacks and was suicidal. Your anger and the feelings you are having can be treated very well with meds. I have seen people in the hospital with me(and I was in for about 3 weeks)go off into fits of anger, then be afraid of people, then want to kill themselves. Your brain just needs to rewire itself and it DOES help to go into the hospital for a bit and get diagnosed and treated.If someone has not had these feelings they cannot begin to imagine how scary they are.Please try the meds the doctors suggest and just see if it makes a difference.I saw people come into the hospital when I was there and said they would never take any meds but then they did and started to feel better and were glad that they came into the hospital as it changed their whole lives.Please go now. You will find it very very helpful. I would not say that if I did not go through the experience myself.-----Would love an update on how you are making out.Please let us know.

        * Fear of making a mistake.

        * Fear of being embarrassed or behaving in a socially unacceptable manner.

        * Fear of thinking evil or sinful thoughts.

        * Need for order, symmetry or exactness.

        * Excessive doubt and the need for constant reassurance.

    Common compulsions include:

        * Repeatedly bathing, showering or washing hands.

        * Refusing to shake hands or touch doorknobs.

        * Repeatedly checking things, such as locks or stoves.

        * Constant counting, mentally or aloud, while performing routine tasks.

        * Constantly arranging things in a certain way.

        * Eating foods in a specific order.

        * Being stuck on words, images or thoughts, usually disturbing, that won't go away and can interfere with sleep.

        * Repeating specific words, phrases or prayers.

        * Needing to perform tasks a certain number of times.

        * Collecting or hoarding items with no apparent value.

  9. You were evaluated now you need treatment. Therapy and medication together. You are not the only person who has to go to therapy and take meds. Thank God these things exist so people can enjoy a descent quality of life. Now do what is right for yourself and your family.
