I wish to create a living creature in my Summer palace. Whose body parts would be appropriate?

As an entertaining hobby, during the Summer months, I have resolved to create a living creature in my seasonal palace.

Naturally (or not), to ensure the best results, the ingredients need to be of the highest quality. I would therefore welcome suggestions as to the sourcing of the "parts".

So far, I have managed to secure Gordon Brown's bile duct.
