I am a software professional from India and I wish to move to USA / UK / Canada, what is the procedure to apply for jobs there.

Can you tell me any websiie and addresses which can help me immigrate. I would be needing work visa and green card later, what is procedure to obtain that. There are so many fraud companies here who charge so much of money.

I want my office / company in USA / UK / Canada, where I would be working, to sponsor me to USA / UK / Canada.

Where should I apply for jobs, which site, where do they take interviews?

  1. The USA/UK/Canada are all different countries with different regulations. I would pick one and apply through your local consulate.

  2. Try walking across the border, that appears to be the easy ways nowdays. The government dosen,t seem to mind.

  3. The procedures all depend on your nationality, whether you need a visa in the first place. Go to the consulate of the country that you wish to emigrate to, you can find a US, Canadian or British consulate in your own country (most countries, not all have them).

Try to get as much info about immigration from the official consulate embassy, not others, you do not have to pay an agency to handle your emigration, you can try and handle it yourself with the help of someone who may have done it before, or who may already live in the country that you want to emigrate to.

First and foremost you have to decide which of the 3 countries you want to move to, then focus on obtaining all the right information. It is sometimes very difficult to get a job in a country when you are not already there, but that depends on your profession. E.g. if you teach English as a foreign language, you will find it a lot easier to get a job from your own country to start in your country of choice.

(Sorry I have just realised that you are an Indian software engineer, ok well you need to visit the appropriate consulates in India and obtain the info or Google their websites and read the info).

Once you have the appropriate work visa you can apply for jobs with Monster.com and many other sites. There are a lot of employment agencies online to be found through Google.

  4. Canada is your best bet. Canada now has a such a law birthrate as it does, that they're going out of their way to attract immigrants.

Go to sites like the canadian alternative.com or their nations immigration website. It should be an easy process, since they are allows looking for more skilled workers. Also a lot of american companies have canadian versions of the American Corparate websites as well.

    Good luck
