Things to watch for when opening a daycare are

location - does it have a nice neighborhood, is there any crime

clients - is there a need for a daycare, are there enough children in the area or parents who need childcare

prices - check prices of other daycares in the area. make sure yours are not the lowest but not the highest either. you need to be in the middle and offer bonuses like if you enroll 2 or more children you get a discount.

Also check with the local childcare enforcement office in your area and ask them opinions on when childcare is needed
