I wish to reposition the actual RJ45 point. Not extend phone cable. Tottally reposition point. how?

(a) It isn't RJ45. RJ45 is a network connector the same as you find on the back of your PC.

(b) Everything up to the master socket is owned by the phone company. If you want the line extended and the master socket moved then you need to contact your phone company.

this is properly a job for who owns the line .you will find that

your  line in to you property is  in the floor and is armour cable

that has to be spliced correctly .

not relay a diy on Sunday job

OK, this sounds like structured cabling, or cat 3 office wiring.

The only way to move it is to go back to the patch panned, disconnect the cable and socket, then re-patch a new one to where you want it to go. This is not a small job and make sure you identify the port of the patch panel correctly or you will disconnect someone else PC/Phone in the office.
