well, if you can join, redbubble.com, and display your artwork and they will sell it as a poster or card. You can keep an online journal and post stories as well. Keep them within the "card" realm and you can either sell the card as a blank, or increase your sales revenue with the written content. People can buy a blank card or one with a saying. They can pick the card and pick the saying.

This can be a good start, because redbubble entries get picked up by search engines, helping in building your name.
