I woke up and found a beautiful, green bug on my wall, but I am terrifed of bugs.HELP?

Okay so I tried to capture it and let it back outside, but then I discovered it had wings.

Help its freaking me out!

it fell to the floor and i can't find it.

but i have to stay in my room.

Put it a sandwich.  Full of protein

If it is a shiny green, then it is probably a june bug.  They're harmless.  I don't know what you should do about it.
