what is this? is it dangerous. someone said something about there being a pocket. what is that. help im really scared. is it threatening!

  1. it has happened to me before. Dont worry- its most likely just a broken blood vessel. It should go away in a day or two.


  2. Very common situation - it's a burst blood vessel. Can be the result of a hard sneeze, physical exertion, high blood pressure, etc. It is not dangerous is any way and goes away in a week to 10 days.
