The pain seems like a growing pain but x10. I can't get it to stop. I woke up to my leg having spasms, trying to shake away the pain. I have already taken a Motrin but it has worked yet. What do I do?

  1. I'm betting that yesterday you had a big day. Lots of outdoor activity.Fun in the sun, day at the beach, sports...

If so, did you remember to drink water? Dehydration can cause cramps. Also, to much water can remove electrolytes from your body so maybe a Gatorade will help.

  2. Two different buckets

Both half full of warm + +  water

    Put both legs into

Add any salt and soda in both bucket

If you can add some Balm

You will run in 20 minutes

  3. Hon, you could be lacking potassium.  Try eating a banana, drinking a glass or two of orange juice or eating spinach (if you have any available).  I would also keep an eye on this, if you do not find any relief in a few hours please call your doctor.  Spasms that severe without clear cause need to be examined further.  Hope this helps.  Good luck!

  4. go to hospital asap. it could be a blood clot.
