I woke up this morning with shooting pains in my testicles,. should i be worried?

also i have a rash which is very red and itchy about the size of a 10p piece on my inner thigh.... i'm scared of the doctors...any ideas?

This can be serious. My 17yr old had a similar problem recently and went to gp, it turned out to be an infection cured by antibiotics but you could have a twist in your testies which is far more dangerous and could require surgery. Get yourself checked.

as a one off you really shouldn't bother but if it happens on a regular basis see your doctor as for the rash use sudocrem see if that helps-- I don't like doctors either but at times you have to go and at times they are the best people in the world

Are you sexually active? Age? Any discharge?

No idea on the testicular pain, could be infection, hernia, injury.  The rash sounds like a fungus as long as there are no ulcers, pustules, etc.  I am thinking jock itch for the rash.

Be brave my friend.If you dint like the doctors go to your local GMU /STD clinic they are really help full and friendly and when they call you or you make repeat appointment they will give you a ref number and the can text the results to your mobile phone.I woke up one day a found that my p***s was badly swollen with the tip of the f******n badly cracked and very sore so like you i dint like doctors and there was no way i was going to my local doctor with this as i had to get past the rottweiler on the front desk.After a few tests it turns out i had thrush and with some treatment i'm fine.So do yourself a favour get it seen to before it's to late,ask a friend to go with you.Confide in your parents,sorry i dint know how old you are,or a teacher at school.Please ,Please consider your future health i know it's a difficult thing to do but do it.If you live in cardiff call me and i will go with you to the clinic.Pleas my friend get some help.
