Check with your doctor to see if theres any possibility of you going into labour first.  But I say "h**l Yeah!"  You go out there looking good sister!  It would be your last hurrah before you are tied down for the next eighteen years so you have a good time!  Best wishes on the baby!

If you are literally at delivery date your doctor might not want you to travel.

If you want to and they will let you, do a video of your highlights and symbolically pass the crown on to the next queen.  However, your school might not want you to.

I think you should listen to your heart and do what you think is right. If i were you I won't give my crown away. But just listen to your heart.
