If you won it from one of those infamous pop-up ads then there really isn't a way to get it.  Most of those are scams trying to get you to sign up for all their programs.  Usually you end up spending far more on all their "surveys" and "offers" than they'll ever really give you.  However, if you won it from a legitimate contest of some sort you have probably already filled out the paperwork necessary to send it in the mail.
