I googled National Traveller Service and I found out that they had quite a bad reputation for customer service and hidden costs and fees. I supposedly won this vacation from the company but now I am having second thoughts. Can anyone give me an unbiased perspective of what this company is all about?

  1. If this trip is supposed to be FREE and they start charging you then DON'T GO.

  2. Call them and ask exactly what you have won and what you are responsible for paying for.  They may be vague and if they are - ask more questions!!  It is worth a try because they may surprise you and tell the truth.

  3. I can only give you a biased perspective being that I've worked with companies such as that in the past. The fact of the matter is  it will be a timeshare pitch. You probably will not enjoy your vacation and it's going to end up costing you more money than it would to go on a cruise with a legitimate company, I'm sure you won 3 days 2 nights on a cruise out of Florida. I'd suggest you not take it. It's just another timeshare pitch.
