  1. That's awful! You WON a trip, but you're trying to SELL it to us!!!

  2. SCAM!!!

  3. let me get this straight...

you WON a trip, but you want someone here to BUY it???????

I hope noone is dumb enough to do that...

If they are, hopefully (at the very least) the following actions are taken -

First of all, no money exchanges hands until the tickets and their ownership are verified.   No one but the sweepstakes company (or whoever - and they must all be verified to be valid as well) that you won it from can do that.

Secondly, any money will be held by a neutral party (bank?) until it has been determined they ARE real tickets and they ARE valid to be used upon the vehicle (cruise ship?) of choice on the specified dates.

Thirdly, references which must be obtained by the neutral party must be acceptable to the buyers standards for the crew and passenger line.

Fourthly, both the seller and buyer sign a bill of sale agreeing to the amount of the tickets and witnessed by an official officer of the court.  All documents must be notarized.  The seller, buyer, cruise line, sweepstakes organization and neutral party all get copies.

It is agreed upon that any discrepancy unearthed prior to the completion of the trip will make the transaction null and void irregardless at which point that discrepancy was found.   The money goes back to the buyer from the neutral party.

LOL.....   I had you really engrossed in that, didn't I?    That was my plan....    nah, I don't want to buy the tickets....

  4. Tryed to buy a trip once to Amsterdam the same way they said it was non tranferable?

  5. Depends how much???

  6. Is it by ship or plane, how much.

  7. The tickets are non transferable. Their are alot of hassles and complications. The list goes on and there are applicable fees in the tickets.

My advice to you, call back the person and ask how you can for a transferable to someone else, by avoiding all the unnecessary fees.

  8. that would be awsome...for how much and when?

  9. "Reasonable price" being free, of course, since they cost nothing for you... assuming they're even transferrable, that is.
