I won an item on ebay 5 days ago payed it immediately and havent received it.What should i do???

I payed for the shipping that takes 2-3 days to receive it and it has been 5 days already.The guy said that he sent it like 3 or 4 days ago.And after that game like 2 days after i won another game and i received it already.But the first game i havent received it.I checked the guys feedback and it had 100% positive and no negitives.What should i do???

Did he give you a tracking number for the shipment that you can check online?

I once had a package sit in a mail warehouse for four days before it moved again.

I wouldn't worry too much if the seller has a 100% feedback rating then it just doesn't get any better than that.  The mail is funny thing though, there were times I would get things faster further away than closer to home.  Give it a few more days and relax.  Keep in contact with the seller.

First,  did you pay for it through paypal, if so, paypal can help you.  They will hold the funds until this guy finds out what happened to the merchandise.  

They will ensure that you get your money back or the item.

Second, if you paid directly with your credit card, you can advise them and they can put a hold on the charge until you get the merhcandise or refund you.
