If you won them on-air then sometimes the jocks get busy and mess up the info sheet. Call the radio station office, not the request lines, and talk to the receptionist! Look for the office number on their website.

Did you win by calling in or was there some other means?

You gave them all the necessary information they needed, like your name, address & etc?

More than likely they will send them by mail or inform you by mail that they are at the WILL CALL window at where ever the show is being held. It will be under your name, & you must show an ID to verify. Otherwise I would just call the station. Hope this was helpful.
