If you run spyware cleaners or clear private data in Mozilla you may be deleting your cookies. Clicking that box adds a cookie to your computer and clearing it basically unchecks it and you have to log in again.

i think you are clearing the cache and removing the cookies that were placed on your computer.. if that is the case you will have to login every time..

dont remove the cookies.. to stay online..

It sounds like you need to allow cookies.  Your security settings are probably too high which doesn't allow the site you are accessing to store cookies on your computer.  This is what they use to save your information and keep you logged in.
