I wont a 21" wheel on my v star 1100 , if I can find a 48 spoke wheel of another maker can I re lace my hub?

if so does anyone know of a 21" 48 spoke wheel? harley, kowi, honda... etc???

You can't lace a VStar hub to a Harley style rim outer because they have a different number of spokes, different lacing pattern, and the hubs are different sizes so the spoke lengths are different.
