The veteran tactician has taken out time to insist that he is not afraid to over-rely on players representing the Catalan giants.
Spanish national head coach, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vicente-c36001 del Bosque, has expressed that he can pick as many Barcelona as he wants for the national side as it is the benefit of the team which is top priority.
According to the trainer the future could see La Roja dominantly comprise of players hailing from the Catalan province of Spain. He added that players who are worthy of representing the World champions will get their chance, no matter where they hail from.
The former Real Madrid boss stressed that he will not hesitate in picking as much as 14 Barca players to represent La Furia Roja in the foreseeable future. However, he mentioned that the prospect of doing this only remains a possibility and not a necessity.
The current European champions are known all over the world for having players from a comparatively fewer number of clubs.
The Spanish national locker room is usually made up of players from Spanish giants, Real Madrid and Barcelona. It is quite rare for players from other teams to be selected for the Red Fury.
This year’s Euro 2012 in the summer saw only a few players from other teams representing the defending European champions, Manchester City’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-Silva-c10601 being the prominent example.
Nevertheless, Del Bosque has maintained that the same can go on in the future with heavy reliance on players from La Blaugrana.
