I am Sri Lanken wish to migrate to Canada.I am 39Yrs old helthy person with good education & experiounce(Accounting).

You and countless others with your qualifications all want to come and work in Canada. It is NOT easy to do. You have to first see if you even qualify to come to Canada. It takes a long time to immigrate here. We are currently dealing with about 980,000 applications already. As Canada only accepts about 250,000 new immigrants each year, you can see that it's taking up to 4 years to complete the process.

You would need a job offer from a company and that company would have to take care of all the paperwork for sponsoring you. I would strongly advise you to check out http://www.cic.gc.ca and read through the entire website very carefully. There is a self-assessment quiz you can take which may help you.

You will have to apply to the Government of Canada, to be allowed to come here,.

You cannot come here if you  don't have official  permission in writing.
