I work and sometimes receive late payment. what are you going to do?

Hi Guys, I have just been working for 6 months and sometimes they pay me late. Sometimes I have to give my employer a message via email and a phonecall. Do you think I am doing the right way? Is it appropirate?

I think you are handling it well. The e-mails are a really good idea, cuz there's a paper trail you can use to prove your employer has been consistently late if you need to. Remember to add in the e-mail that you also called. Are you looking for another job? If not, it might be a good idea. If money is that tight that they can't pay on time, there is probably gonna come a time you don't get paid at all.

Using email is a great way of asking, and keeping record of late payments, and payments due.  You work hard for your money, and should not have to chase your pay down.
