In the Chicagoland area toke rates run from 9.50/hr in Gary IN 20/25 hr in Joliet IL, and  25/35hr in Elgin IL.

Vegas can vary widely. The smaller off-strip casinos can be as little as $30/day and the strip casinos can go up to $350 or $400 a day. When I lived there, the Hard Rock had the highest toke rates. However, most dealers in Vegas only get paid minimum wage.
