Question:

I work as technical support,I get impatient and annoyed when clients ask for help, how to cope this...?

I wasnt like that when I first entered the company, but as time goes by, I have just slowly lost my patient dealing with client, especially those familiar clients that frequent ask for help, I will think like why they never even try before find my help and sort of different complaints start poping up in my mind. perhaps these are one of the reason I lost my patient with them...

but still how to overcome it?

  1. As a first grade teacher I face this on a daily basis with certain students. It is important to be patient and remember that even though you have been repeating yourself over and over, you need to treat each person as an individual and not the 500th person to ask you something again.


  2. At the end of the day, it is your job to help people, if you are someone who doesn't deal with people well, maybe you should look for a job outside of the public/customer care sector.
