I've been working at BK for a little over a month and i've gained 6lbs(weighed 167 before). I try eating just tendergrills but i cant help but to have more food! It sucks because before i worked there i lifted weights, did crunches and ran 1 mile every 2 days and now every time i get home i shower then chill, i dont feel like doing anything. What i want is some advice on how to change my bad habit and some ideas on what to eat...i dont know im just kinda lost and i really have noticed i've gained weight!!!!!! I have a 6 pack too but now its just covered. I hate it and i want to get back into shape! any advice please=]
