I work at Mcdonalds in New Brunswick and am working Victoria Day , should I get time and a half for this?

no. AT  Mcdonalds you don't get paid time and a half for any holiday- sorry. To get time and a half for +40 hours a week only:(

No, it's not a federal holiday.

Victoria Day?   Is that a public holiday or something?   If it is,  you should get double time and half.   That's what I get for a public holiday anyway.   Although it depends on your employer and if there's a workplace agreement in place.
