I work at Resorts Hotel and Casino and my supervisor sniffs cocaine on the job I need to tell management?

All companies of that size have a Human Resources dept. You should take it directly to HR.

There are retaliation laws that will protect you.

Check your Employee Handbook.  There's likely a hotline to anonymously report problems.  If there's not, you might try dropping a letter to upper management in the mail.
