Question:

I work at Sonic Drive-In. Why do you customer's have the urge to push the button before your actually ready?

I get that at least five times a day. We get this annoying beep inside the building every time someone pushes the button. Then we answer it with this long and drawn out greeting. The response on the other end is a rude "HOLD ON!". WTF? Why do you do that? It gets on my nerves.

  1. Maybe because they have never been to Sonic, or perhaps they think you may be busy & not answer right away?

    That is super annoying though =/

  4. like i understand what u mean, i used to work at mcds, but i find myself doing the same thing,...speaking of frakin sonic, it officially sucks! it took me 25 min. to get a stinkin smoothie!!! wtf??!?!?!?(obtw, i dont mean that directly towards you!)lol i had to let a little steam off!!!hehe

    mabey they thought they knew what they wanted than the moment they get distracted and press the big red button they forget.
