I work at a call center, I have this co-worker on a seperate team i have a crush on.. hlp plz what do i do?

Question Details: It seems though like every other girl in the call center comes to him... and I know more people in the call center than he does... sometimes I do notice him looking at me only a few times... How can I see if he would even consider? a date perhaps.? I am german, and he is mexican american

It's risky to date people you work with.  If the relationship doesn't work out, you're stuck seeing that person every day at work. That can be very awkward and uncomfortable. Sometimes office romances work, but most of the time they don't.

ask him out, if he says yes or no you know the answer....

you can go casual, like going out and picking up a coffee, to lunch, or to a movie you know he wants to see.

I caution about work romances, you may want to check with your human resource department to see if dating a co-worker is acceptable... some financial institutions do not want workers dating each other, while many others have no policy concerning dating.  Also the pitfall of getting involved and then breaking up.... that could get ugly.
