I work at walmart as a cahier, i am in need of help for the process of a few things.?

Question

1st what is the process for an item that what scanned one way but is supposed to be another price.

2nd the process for for rining something up and then the customer says target had it 5.00 cheaper i know i have to overide it but i need the steps in order.

and 3rd if some ones total is 100.00 and they want to pay 5.00 with a gift card and the rest cash. thank you in advance to anyone who will help me.

i've worked at wal-mart for many years.....all these questions are answered when you are on your learning probation.  If not, then ask your supervisor to help you!
